What kinds of files should I prepare to send to custom made a furniture piece?
For us to know better the style and details of the furniture to be custom made, you can send us the *.jpg photos (colored), drawings, sketches or files that can specify the appearance of the furniture piece.
How long will it take to get my custom made furniture?
Well, it depends on the complexity and quantity of the custom made pieces that ordered. Meanwhile, it also depends on the material and drawings confirmation. In our experience, our production time is usually 30-45 days upon the confirmed drawing & material. Meanwhile, you also need to count in the way of delivery.
What kind of material you use for customizing the furniture?
Well, mostly, we are using wood for the custom made furniture. However, due to the different needs from clients, we have also included material like metal, glass, fiber glass, plastic, stone, etc for both indoor and outdoor furniture items.
Why custom made furniture is expensive than the regular ready product?
The custom made furniture piece is tailor-made for your needs, that's to say, it is unique for your request only. Material is always sourced out in a small number, meanwhile, the labor cost for custom made piece is usually much high than those ready made products. All the factors are subject to increased cost. Meanwhile, if the custom made product is abandoned by clients, it is very hard to clear them or sold them out as hardly someone can accept a tailor made piece from others.
Do you have MOQ for the furniture to be made?
Generally, we don't have MOQ for the custom made piece, that's to say, we can even produce 1 piece to your request. However, some designs require molding, e.g, irregular shape furniture, we might need to check the design and finish before confirming the quantity.
How can I buy the furniture from you?
We have 2 kinds of furniture lines so far. If you are ordering the RTA (Ready to assemble) furniture, you can just send us inquiry and confirm the order and arrange payment with our sales. For custom products, you may need to provide us the information for us to know better and work out the cost accordingly. Once the order is confirmed, we requires deposit payment to lock the order in order to proceed. Afterwards, we will start the production and carry on the shipment if necessary.
What kinds of warranty you have for the furniture?
For the furniture purchased from us, we have provide 2 years warranty from the shipment day. For RTA products, we can provide components to repair. For the custom made items, we will have to check the real situation and negotiate on a real case. Generally speaking, we will be responsible for the quality issue as long as it is not caused by human aspect.
Can you ship to my home?
We do offer shipping service to most of the countries. However, it depends on the countries or region where the third party forwarders can deliver. Some of the countries, we can handle the delivery to door while some of them can only deliver to port. As furniture is a kind of big item, we suggest our clients include the necessary items in 1 container or share space with others to avoid damages and lower the cost of delivery.
