Plan Ahead
Loose items or so called free standing items that we refers to are something like, sofa, chair, table, independent cabinet, etc. To custom made your favorite loose item, you will have to bear in mind few points before you decide to go ahead to customize it:
- Dimension. Not just the furniture itself, but also the place where it fits as well as the way how it transports. Here are some reference for standard furniture dimensions.
- Color & Style. It will need to fit your current interior home design or style.
- Budget. The custom made furniture price is always expensive then the regular ready made one. That’s the results of custom made selection and tailor made progress.
Confirm Details
Once you have the preferred style and dimensions, you are advised to share us so that we can recommend the custom details upon your request, such as:
- Finish. Including wood finish, metal finish, upholstery finish, stone finish as well as the material that you have get from the appearance.
- Cost. Check the cost provided from us upon the requested material and finish.
- Confirm order. Once order is confirmed, we will lock the order by charging deposit.
Follow Your Production
Once the deposit is confirmed, we will initiate the production and set up schedule accordingly, which mainly includes:
- Production drawing. It is a tailor made CAD drawing for each specific items.
- Swatches & finish. Swatches/fabrics can be either provided by us for your reference, or it can be provide by you directly.
- QA & QC. Our team will share the building progress by photos or videos to ensure what you see is what you get.
Delivery
We provide different delivery service to you upon different volume as well as shipping budget.
- FCL/LCL shipping. Full container shipping is always the best option when ordering volume is big enough to fulfill a 20′ or 40′ container. Well, less container shipping is also an option but might need to strengthen the packing.
- Air shipping. Mainly prototype, sample are shipped in this way, for normal furniture items, it might not be an cost effective option for most people.
