We have no MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirement, except for products that require special molds.
How does your product/service work?
We mainly have two business segments: one is loose furniture, and the other is fixed furniture. You can customize the products you want by following the standard customization process on our website.

Since we provide custom furniture, the price will vary depending on factors such as materials, quantity and product complexity.
Do you offer shipping to door?
We have exported furniture to many different countries, and we can also provide one-stop transportation services. Since the situation varies in different regions, you can consult our sales staff for specific operation information.
How can I order from you?
To place an order, you can contact our salesperson or send us an email. We will have specialized staff contact you regarding the custom furniture products you want, and at the same time, we will provide a quotation based on your budget, preferences and other factors. If everything goes smoothly, we will carry out production and processing in accordance with our standard product customization process.
Do you offer installation service?
For customized products, we will provide necessary installation guidelines based on the actual conditions of the products. For fixed furniture products, if installation service is required, we will provide specific installation documents or videos. Based on past experience, for hotels or villas that need installation, we will also provide paid on-site installation guidance by dispatching our technical staff. If you need us to arrange staff for full-process installation, we also have cooperative installation teams for you to choose from. The specific operation will be carried out according to the actual situation in different regions.
What's your warranty?
We provide a one-year free warranty for regular customized products (excluding human factors). For different products, during the production process, we will do our utmost to ensure the quality, durability and stability of the products, so as to avoid problems in the subsequent use of the products. In the past 20 years, we have barely received any customer complaints about product quality, and we have great confidence in our products. Of course, for product damage during use, we will also actively negotiate with customers to resolve it in the most cost-effective and efficient way.
Can you custom 100% on what I want?
The custom furniture process is a complex production process. Strictly speaking, it is impossible to ensure that it meets your requirements 100%. Of course, we will evaluate the product you require from the aspects of materials, craftsmanship and structure, then provide CAD drawings and material samples for your confirmation, and only start production after ensuring that it meets the requirements, so as to minimize understanding deviations and ensure restoration accuracy.
What's your lead time for production?
We will provide an accurate production time based on the specific conditions of your customized product. Based on our past experience, the production time is generally calculated from the start of production after the drawings and materials are confirmed, and it takes 30-45 days. The preliminary communication, drawing and your review and confirmation usually take 7-10 days. Of course, this depends on the efficiency and timeliness of our communication with each other.
